Apeiroverse is operated by Jim Cassady (“I,” “we”). By using Apeiroverse, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Apeiroverse is an infinite-zoom, collaboratively illustrated world. Anyone can explore it for free. Signing in lets you create a new world or claim a spot inside an existing one, which an AI model then draws for you.
You keep ownership of the descriptions you write. By submitting one, you give Apeiroverse a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute both your text and the image generated from it, for the purpose of running and promoting the service.
The images are produced by a third-party AI model based on your description. I make no guarantee about the ownership, originality, or exclusivity of AI-generated output, and I’m not responsible for unintended resemblances the model produces to existing characters, styles, places, or people.
You’re responsible for what you submit. Don’t describe anything you don’t have the right to ask for, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Apeiroverse is meant to be suitable for all ages. Don’t submit or try to generate anything involving:
Submissions are automatically screened before anything is drawn, and anyone can report content they believe violates these rules. I can remove content or restrict an account at my discretion, with or without the automated check catching it first.
If something on Apeiroverse infringes your copyright, email admin@apeiroverse.com with: a description of the work, a link to the content on Apeiroverse, your contact information, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized. I’ll review and remove infringing content.
Apeiroverse is currently free to use. I may introduce paid tiers or usage limits in the future; if I do, I’ll give notice before any existing feature starts requiring payment.
Apeiroverse is provided “as is.” I don’t guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate or appropriate despite the filters in place.
To the extent permitted by law, Apeiroverse and its operator aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you’ve paid Apeiroverse in the past 12 months (currently $0, since the service is free).
You can stop using Apeiroverse anytime, and can request your account be deleted by emailing admin@apeiroverse.com. I can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. Deleting an account removes your sign-in and personal info; worlds and spots you already created generally stay up.
I may update these terms from time to time. If I do, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
